The first step will be to fill out the contact form and begin to figure out what kind of help you think you will need. I will send you the questionnaire, which you can reference so you know what to expect for our first meeting. Depending on whether you have the destination or specific type of trip you want planned or if you need to be inspired this will determine the focus on the introduction meeting. From there the real work begins in researching location options, flights, and activities. Each trip will require various amounts of time which will be discussed after the initial introduction meetings.My goal as a small business is to offer aid in a multitude of avenues involving trip planning. I require at least 3 months notification for weekend trips and 6 months for anything longer than 5 days. $50/ hour
Depending on your needs these meetings can range from inspiration, multi- destination planning, travel for air/ care/ train/ boat, and location specific recommendations. This is an a la carte option that allows us to focus on where you are looking for extra research and advice but do not need comprehensive trip- planning services.
Globetrotter’s Gambit
$250/ 1 hour intro meeting + 6 hours of trip planning
For those that need full trip planning services from airfare (with variety of flight options), lodging, local attractions, and notable food options available. This is ensures that your trip is personalized to your desires and aligns with your travel values. The Gambit requires 6- months before your trip and includes a 1 hour introduction meeting.
